Darsenio holds an ACE Personal Trainer certification, Box N’ Burn L1 and L2, In-door Cycling (in-house from Cyclebar and Flywheel), Holistic Health Coaching from IIN, as well as a Precision Nutrition L1 certification.


Darsenio Coaching offers group fitness classes, 1 on 1 personal training packages, as well as  holistic health coaching services. 


We offer semi-personal training sessions that last 30-minutes. Choose  from our various PT packages to help you reach your goals.


Yes, we offer holistic health coaching guidance aimed  to help you  better understand  your habits and relationship with  food  and  how  to obtain  sustainable  results. We believe  that proper nutritional guidance is essential for achieving your fitness goals!


Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Clothing that’s moisture-wicking like  leggings, shorts, or athletic  pants  paired  with a breathable  t-shirt or sports  bra.  Always  wear  socks  when  you  work out to avoid  blistering and don’t underestimate  the  importance of a good, supportive  pair of athletic  shoes. Well-fitting, closed-toed  shoes with good  arch support are critical to injury prevention and comfort.


Yes I have experience working working with clients who have injuries. I've helped clients with injuries by creating new workout programs that accommodate their injuries, such as upper body exercises for someone with a sprained ankle. I've also helped clients with chronic injuries by implementing cross-training activities.


When it comes  to medical conditions, I let clients  know that I'm a fitness instructor, not a healthcare  professional, and that I may  refer them to a medical professional in certain circumstances.
